I am currently doing my Post Doc in Pr. Yun Song’s lab at UC Berkeley, also affiliated with the CZ Biohub. My research during my PhD (under the direction of David Holcman, ENS Paris) was mainly devoted to the modeling and mathematical analysis of stochastic processes with applications to neuroscience and cellular biology. For the past few years, I have more particularly focused on the regulation and determinants of mRNA translation (mainly using Ribo-seq and Cryo-EM data), which also lead me to tackle theoretical questions related to particle processes and biophysical properties of ribosomes.
- I am co-organizing a workshop in Pisa Italy, on mathematical methods for reconstructing molecular dynamics in single cell, 15-19 oct. The workshop is part of a 6 week research program in maths bio. Registration is open to researchers and students.
- Upcoming conferences: I will be presenting my research at the 2018 BPS meeting in San Francisco, and the 2018 APS March meeting in Los Angeles
